We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative with excellent communication skills to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into sales opportunities. You must be confident, persuasive, and able to effectively articulate product features and benefits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle objections and provide exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales/ Telesales or a customer service-related role is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
