**1. Greeting & Seating Guests**:

- Welcome customers warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
- Provide menus and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.

**2. Taking Orders**:

- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Clarify any special requests or dietary restrictions and communicate them to the kitchen.

**3. Serving Food & Beverages**:

- Serve dishes promptly and ensure they meet quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and address any issues promptly.

**4. Customer Engagement**:

- Build rapport with customers, answer queries about the menu, and promote special offers.
- Handle complaints or feedback professionally, escalating to the manager when necessary.

**5. Table Management & Cleanliness**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the dining tables and service areas.
- Clear plates, reset tables, and prepare for the next guests efficiently.

**6. Payment Handling**:

- Present bills to customers and process payments accurately through cash, cards, or digital methods.
- Provide receipts and thank guests for visiting Bong Pizza.

**7. Coordination with Kitchen & Bar**:

- Communicate with kitchen staff about order priorities or modifications.
- Work closely with the beverage station or Ground Zero pub (if applicable) for timely drink service.

**8. Adherence to Standards**:

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.
- Adhere to Bong Pizza’s dress code, grooming, and behavioral policies.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
