**Role and Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility.
- Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across search engines and social media platforms to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing technologies to proactively recommend strategies and tactics.
- Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools, to analyze data, track performance, and generate reports.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to enhance brand presence and engage with the audience.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including graphic designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of **1-3 years** as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a focus on digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with audiences across various digital channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,869.72 - ₹40,662.72 per month
