- Taking care of customer queries and answering within given timeline via voice channel.
- Taking care of escalations.
- Maintaining call quality.
- Maintaining Data and sharing with the managers.

Qualification : +2 or above

Shifts : Rotational, 6 days working

Salary Package for Food Delivery Process : 1.80 LPA (Fresher) - 2.20 LPA (Experience - Min 1 year on paper)

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
