- Coordinate ICOFAR, SOX, and internal audits. Ensure statutory reporting compliance for Sciex in India.
- Develop procedures for adjustments between US GAAP and local GAAP. Ensure accurate statutory accounting for taxes and I GAAP items.
- Support Secretarial compliances and MCA Reporting. Assist in reviewing controls and policies at the EMEA level.
- Conduct compliance analysis and address accounting issues with European and Indian finance teams.
