**Job Title: Property Valuation Drafter (Night Shift)**

**Location**: Noida, Sector - 63

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Shift Timing**: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am (Night Shift)

**Minimum Qualification**: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

If so, then we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Property Valuation Drafter

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct property inspections to assess condition, features, and potential value.

Collect and analyze market data (sales comps, rental rates, market trends) to inform valuations.

Prepare comprehensive valuation reports using industry-standard.

Ensure reports meet strict quality and accuracy standards, adhering to professional guidelines and client specifications.

Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the valuation process.

Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and address queries.

**Qualifications**:
B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) is mandatory.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to accuracy are essential.
