- Regularly inspect facilities to identify maintenance and improvement needs, and coordinate necessary actions.
- Monitor facility budgets, control costs, and maintain expense records.
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to attract new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our facility management services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are aligned with company goals and policies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client requirements, ensuring that facility management services align with their needs.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively implement solutions to maintain strong client relationships.
