**Experience**:
As a Sales Executive in the field of Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in ESDM sales and a solid understanding of negotiation, pricing strategy, communication, and finance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ESDM Sales: Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in the ESDM sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Engage in effective negotiation techniques to secure profitable deals. Collaborate with clients to address their needs and concerns while maximizing business outcomes.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with market trends and competitive positioning. Ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the ESDM industry.
- Communication: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Finance: Understand the financial aspects of deals, including cost structures, profit margins, and budgeting. Work closely with the finance team to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Sales Funnel Management: Proactively manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to deal closure. Utilize CRM tools to track and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing the sales process.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Educational background in any discipline, with a strong knowledge set relevant to ESDM.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in sales within the ESDM sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and financial aspects of sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools for effective sales funnel management.
**Salary Range**: 3 - 4 LPA
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
