**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Social Media Manager Intern at Paper Rabbit Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be at the forefront of building and enhancing our clients' online presence. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and others.
- Design and collaborate with the content teams to ensure visually appealing and cohesive posts.

2. Strategy Development:

- Contribute to developing social media strategies to meet client objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze data and insights to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics.

3. Community Engagement:

- Foster and grow online communities by interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and potential issues.

4. Campaign Management:

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
- Track and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights for future improvements.

5. Brand Monitoring:

- Monitor online conversations related to client brands and industries.
- Identify opportunities for brand advocacy and address any potential reputation issues.

**Qualifications**:
1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, or related degree program.

2. Strong written communication skills with an understanding of different social media platforms.

3. Creativity in developing engaging and visually appealing social media content.

4. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

5. Knowledge of current trends in social media marketing.

6. Previous experience with social media management tools is a plus.
