**Telecalling Agent**
Qualification**:HSC Pass / Fresh Graduates 2025 can apply**
Experience**: Min. 1 year preferred / Freshers with excellent fluency**
Salary**:16,000/- to 28,000/- per month + Attractive Incentives(upto 10,000)**
Languages**:Proficiency in English & Malayalam**
Location**:MG Road, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and sales
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
- High level of motivation and a result-oriented approach
- Previous tele-sales or customer service experience is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
