Property Sales Representative

Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Agent at Nexus Elite Properties LLC, you will connect with potential clients to provide information about our real estate offerings. Your responsibilities include generating leads, setting appointments, and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Introduce Nexus Elite Properties and our services to potential clients over the phone.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, updating the CRM with relevant information.
Appointment Setting: Schedule property viewings and meetings, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to consultation.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to provide information, address inquiries, and build relationships.
Customer Service: Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the buying or renting process.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments to communicate effectively with clients.
Team Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and contribute to company goals.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales, preferably in real estate.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
Self-Motivated: Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other communication tools.
