Back Office Coordinator

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming calls and inquiries related to bookings.
Maintain proper booking records and documentation.
Show the hall/studio to prospective clients and explain facilities.
Market the hall to attract more bookings.
Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth event execution.
Oversee the general maintenance and cleanliness of the hall/studio.
Work closely with management to improve client experience.
Maintain a daily report of activities and expenses.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of record-keeping (manual or digital).
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Ability to manage time and responsibilities efficiently.
Prior experience in hospitality, sales, or admin roles is a plus.
Working Hours:
12 pm to 8 pm.
