**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of experience to lead and execute our marketing initiatives.

You will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content that reflects Atgeir’s services and expertise.
- Manage social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and performance analysis.
- Identify new opportunities for brand positioning and partnership.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support event planning and participation (webinars, conferences, client events, etc.).
- Assist in preparing marketing collateral, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.

**Requirements**:

- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or consulting sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and a passion for building impactful campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
