- As an experienced Software Engineer working for our leading client, you serve as member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Depending on the team that you join, you could be developing mobile features that give our customers and clients more control over how they bank with the client, strategizing on how big data can make client's trading systems quicker, creating the next innovation in payments for merchants, or supporting the integration of client's private and public cloud platforms.

Design and develop scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python to contribute to continual, iterative improvements for product teams

Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting

Identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture

Provides IT support to internal users. Should be comfortable interacting with international customers in English language. The profile requires working extensilvely with computers and head phones to take inbound / outbound calls. Will be part of a global support operations group virtual team with peers from major Bechtel offices globally.

Ticket monitoring and Remote support

Windows troubleshooting

Performs activities such as Network Account Password reset and Unlock; Security Token PIN reset, adding

Creates and Manages User accounts

Coordinates with users and support team(s) and schedules Account/Network resource migration

Creates proper documentation using ServiceNow ticketing tool

Tracking of issues and solutions; resolving or routing escalating where appropriate

Ensures seamless shift hand-over

Performs other special projects as assigned
