**Job Description**:
As an Ecommerce Shipment Processing Associate, you will play a crucial role in our operations by efficiently managing the shipment process for customer orders. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process incoming orders accurately and promptly using our ecommerce platform.

2. Verify order details including product codes, quantities, and shipping addresses.

4. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.

5. Generate shipping labels and documentation accurately, adhering to shipping guidelines and regulations.

6. Monitor shipment tracking information and address any delivery issues or delays proactively.

7. Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and customer communications.

8. Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock counts and reconciliation.

9. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
1. Proficiency in both English and Tamil languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both.

2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order verification.

3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.

5. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.

7. Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.

8. High school diploma or Degree; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
