**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated **Centre Coordinator** to join our team and help drive the success of our skill development programs. As a Centre Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the centre, driving student mobilization efforts, delivering high-quality training sessions, and ensuring seamless operational management. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding students, ensuring their preparedness for future career opportunities, and contributing to the centre's overall profitability. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about youth development and community impact, with a strong focus on achieving operational excellence and sustainable growth.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree.
- **Experience**: 2 to 3 Years in relevant field.
- **Skills**: Leadership skills to ensure mobilization, engagement, and centre profitability.
- **Availability**: Immediate joiners preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Ensure comprehensive training is being delivered, equipping students with practical and industry-relevant skills.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily centre operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and a supportive learning environment.
