- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with mall team.
- Manage relationships HO Ops and Digital team.
- Manage relationships with sales team
- Marketing
- Manage and implement sales & marketing strategies
- Support store managers in Sales strategy execution
- Provide inputs for growing brand recall
- Competitor intelligence.
- Cross branding and promotion
- Plan and execute promotional activities at outlet.
- Business Development
- Identify pipeline of potential outlets
- PIP
- Identify sales team members who must be onboarded to PIP
- Execution of PIP.
- Sales
- Submission of Bi-Weekly field visit plan.
- Monitoring store cleanliness and staff grooming.
- Approvals of Bill Reopen and Discount Approval.
- Training and Evaluation
- Sales Team evaluation
- Compliance
- Monitor store camera - Daily
- Monitor staff uniform - Daily
- Execution of disciplinary measures for sales team.
- Operation
- Monitoring of stock audit and store cash.
- Co-ordinate with HO team for store maintenance.

**Requirements**:
