**Assignment Description**:
You will learn quickly about our CaaStle service to provide an exceptional customer experience - consistently.
**Geography Supported**: US & UK (Mostly US)
**Key responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be accountable for:
- Mastering the process and keeping upto date with changes and updates
- Managing your own punctuality and performance through metrics like - Retention, CSAT, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, Schedule Adherence, etc

**Education: Graduation in any stream (mandatory)**:
**Required Skills**:
- Mandatory Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Persuasive attitude, excellent customer relationship skills, with a strong focus and passion for retention
- Ability to effectively converse in a neutral accent, in a non-scripted environment
- Comfortable working in multiple systems/tools at the same time
- Experience in an Online Retail/Fashion - US/UK Voice Process
- Demonstrable experience in a Retention/CSAT/Customer Service Oriented environment
- Self discipline, and the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to ask probing questions to truly understand the callers' concerns
