**Job Summary**
The Hospital Administrator plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring that all departments function efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong leader with a background in healthcare management, fiscal responsibility, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The Hospital Administrator will work closely with medical staff, department heads, and external stakeholders to implement policies and procedures that enhance hospital performance and compliance with regulatory standards.

**Duties**
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
- Supervise department heads and staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Implement and monitor policies related to human resources, medical records, and patient management systems.
- Collaborate with medical staff to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft for effective medical office management.
- Coordinate utilization management processes to optimize resource use while maintaining quality care.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in healthcare laws affecting hospital operations.

**Skills**
- Strong background in fiscal management and budgeting within a healthcare setting.
- Experience in medical office management or hospital administration is essential.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and compliance standards (JCAHO).
- Familiarity with various EMR/EHR systems including Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft.
- Understanding of managed care principles and acute care environments.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, patients, and external partners.
- Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes related to hospital operations and patient care improvements.
- Experience in veterinary or critical care settings is a plus but not required. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about healthcare administration and are looking to make a significant impact on hospital operations while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Pay: ₹51,465.60 - ₹61,980.08 per year
