To develop a complete business plan to run the BSES Hospital as a standalone and self sustaining, comprehensive diagnostic and treatment Hospital offering a wide range of health care facilities.
- To take charge of all operations/ functions in various departments of the hospital.
- To analyze the cost of operations and implementing effective cost management practices without compromising with quality standards or customer satisfaction.
- To maintain effective coordination with all Honorary & full time - Part time consultant doctors who provide their services to the hospital and ensuring their timely availability. Also to perform their appraisals.
- To take charge of all administrative matters relating to hospital and bringing about/introducing effective administration of staff and services.
- To maintain effective coordination with the Head of Sales and Marketing or relevant department as existing at the time.
- To get accreditation, NABH/NABL as may be informed from time to time by management.. Conduct in consultation with HR Department and effective training of the staff. Devise systems and procedures to upgrade the skills, Procedure ,discipline of the Hospital. Study effectiveness of such training in consultation with the HRD.
- To coordinate the monthly meetings with department Heads in consultation with reporting managers.
- To submit monthly operations report including periodical reports to the reporting managers highlighting all aspects of business and operation
- To be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with all legal requirements relating to BSES Hospital.
- To be responsible for training and development of all Medical personnel at BSES Hospital.
- To follow and maintain all standards of quality as required.
- To ensure that all the departments work as per the set protocol and individuals as per their job profile.
- Daily Administrative round in Morning as well as Evening session of all departments of the Hospital-checking beds status, attending to staff /Patients complaints and facilitating smooth functioning of the department
- Hospital.
- Check medical records of patients for completeness, monitor the RMO’s, supervise Notes, discharge summary etc.
- Review and coordinate outstanding bill status of Indoor patients. Inform relevant recovery department staff for recovery and required to interact with relatives of those patients to convince for payment of dues. Also check -Approve refunds amount if any after scrutinizing bills.
- Assigning duties of RMO in wards, Ambulance, Locum duty, camps and all clinical / spiritual activities of the Hospital.
- Take disciplinary actions on RMO if required.
- Creating a rapport with BMC [K-West ward ],all visiting consultants and full timers and keeping a track of Full time Consultants and their Performances periodically.
- Assisting reporting department head for Performance evaluations and appraisals of Medical staff.
- Drafting replies to all inquiries & letters from MCGM- Charity commissioner authorities etc.
- Interact closely with Association of Hospital. Attend Police enquiry or Medico Legal enquiries and reply after getting approval by reporting Managers. Represent/Attending meetings convened by MCGM, Association of Hospitals, Department of Epidemiology, [MJPJAY], QAC [Maternal Death],Healthcare senate etc.
- Managing Mahatma Jyotirav Phule Jeevandayi Arogya Yojana and comply with all requirements.
- Be part of Purchase Committee meetings as informed and help in finalizing vendor /supplier,
- Registration formalities of Foreign nationals to FRRO
- Review and Approve biomedical equipment requisition for repairs / Replacement.
- Scheduling Interviews of Consultants / RMO with Managers.
- Monitor feedback forms of patients after their discharges and taking corrective measures towards the lacunas enlisted by patient. Also monitor daily General wards patient's feedback.
- If required ,getting concessions to the patients approved by Hon. Managing Director or Hon. Hospital Administrator and maintaining a record of the same
- Monthly reporting of PCPNDT schedule, Epidemiology cell in P format, HIV/VDRL reporting of ANC women and NUHM to Medical officer K west ward.
- Scrutinizing and approving cancellation of wrong bills
- Issuing Medical Certificates, Injury certificates, death summary.
- Coordinating with Public Trust Registration Office and attending meetings and providing required MIS
Any other work responsibility requested and entrusted by management from Time to Time
Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
