We are looking for Young and smart for our Customer support Process at our Hyderabad office.

Job Description:

- Managing large volume of customer calls
- Stay friendly and helpful
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Determine opportunities for new sales
- Generated Calls to Assign to the Sales team and Follow-up with them.
- Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines.
- Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times
- Be professional
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
- Answer all the customers' questions and address their complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

Requirement:

- Any Graduate with Excel Knowledge
- Freshers can also apply
- Should be able to speak : Telugu, Hindi & English. (Any other is added advantage)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹26,740.52 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- Telugu (required)
- Hindi (required)
- English (required)
