Job Description Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in India. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. - Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system. - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and workflows. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments. Skills and Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. - Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure. - Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques.
