Assemble and lead a project team, which may include designers, engineers, production staff, and other relevant personnel.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Motivate and provide guidance to team members to ensure they meet project goals.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and critical path analysis.
- Monitor and track progress against the project schedule, making adjustments as needed.
- Identify and address project issues and roadblocks promptly.
- Develop contingency plans and solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure all products installed on site as planned and checked by the client before leaving the site.
- Make sure all materials to be disposed of by the team should be done as decided on site.
- Ensure any materials to be brought back to the factory should be packed as required and brought back.
