Baoiam is seeking an entrepreneurship expert, who will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting individuals or organizations in launching, managing, and scaling successful ventures. Your expertise in business development, strategy, and innovation will empower aspiring entrepreneurs to navigate challenges and seize opportunities in today's dynamic market landscape.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic advice and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs and startup founders.
- Conduct assessments of business ideas and models, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in developing business plans, financial projections, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage or contribute to startup incubator or accelerator programs, guiding early-stage ventures through critical growth phases.
- Facilitate workshops, boot camps, and networking events to foster entrepreneurship skills and connections within the startup community.
- Identify and leverage resources, including funding opportunities, partnerships, and mentor networks, to support startup success.
- Develop and deliver educational programs, workshops, and seminars on entrepreneurship topics, including ideation, business modeling, and venture financing.
- Provide personalized coaching and skill-building sessions to help entrepreneurs develop essential competencies, such as leadership, resilience, and adaptability.
- Create learning resources, such as guides, toolkits, and online courses, to support aspiring and existing entrepreneurs

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in or with startup incubators, accelerators, or venture capital firms.
- Familiarity with lean startup methodology, design thinking, and agile development processes.
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and investor relations, including angel investing, venture capital, and crowdfunding.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for market research and business intelligence.
- Certifications or training in entrepreneurship coaching, mentorship, or facilitation.
