We raised $280 million at a $1.5 billion valuation from Softbank, Mastercard, and other investors in 2021 **About the Role** As an Associate for Employer Branding and Communications, you will assist the employer branding and communications team in executing high-impact creative initiatives, campaigns, and events. Your role will involve creating and curating meaningful content that showcases #LifeAtZeta. You will act as a "Chief Execution Officer" for the team and ensure that tasks are completed successfully. **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Content Creation**:Create and curate compelling content that brings the stories of Zetanauts and #lifeatzeta to life. - ** Branding Opportunities**: Identify branding opportunities both internally and externally and develop ideas to convert them into brand campaigns. - ** Social Media Management**: Manage and run social media campaigns, both paid and organic, while maintaining content hygiene across all Zeta social and digital channels. - ** Stakeholder Management**:Manage internal and external stakeholders involved and ensure a smooth workflow between them. - ** Reporting and Analysis**: Actively track, analyze, and report on campaign/page performance, budgets, and overall impact. Provide insights from metrics that reflect a deeper understanding of the campaigns' impact. - ** Support Initiatives and Events**: Support branding initiatives and manage various organization-wide events such as hackathons, town halls, etc. - ** Operational Management**: Handle operational aspects of the team, including invoicing, agreements and contract management/renewals, and other operational tasks as needed.**Experience and Education**: - UG in Engineering or PG in Management/Advertising/Journalism/Media/Psychology - ** 2+ years** of relevant experience in branding, content creation, digital/social media campaign management and event management **Skills, Attitudes, and Competencies**: - Highly detailed oriented - A go-getter attitude with a high degree of bias to action - Greater learning abilities & openness to give-take feedback - Solution-focused with good problem-solving ability.
