Quality Control Associate

Monitor and inspect materials and products at various stages of the printing process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct in-process checks on color matching, print registration, and finishing quality in real-time.
- Review and verify job specifications against actual production output to detect any discrepancies.
- Identify and report defects such as color variation, misprints, poor registration, and other quality issues.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and rectify quality concerns during production.
- Document inspection results and generate daily/weekly reports to present to management.
- Ensure that printing jobs meet customer and regulatory standards for color, print clarity, and overall product quality.
- Provide feedback to machine operators and production staff on quality improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct periodic audits of machines and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure the use of proper raw materials and verify that all production materials meet required specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during quality inspections.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum Qualification is Intermediate, or a related field.
- Minimum experience in a printing field or related role is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, flexographic, etc.) and associated quality standards.
- Familiarity with color management, registration accuracy, and other critical aspects of print quality.
