**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and passionate **User-Generated Content (UGC) Creator** to develop authentic, engaging, and relatable content for our social media platforms. This role involves creating and curating content from the perspective of our target audience to enhance brand awareness, build trust, and drive engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop authentic user-style content, including videos, photos, reviews, and testimonials, for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and more.
- Create relatable and trend-driven content that resonates with the target audience.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with social media trends, challenges, and platform updates to craft innovative content ideas.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Encourage and inspire followers and customers to create UGC by launching challenges, contests, or campaigns.
- Interact with followers and respond to comments to foster an engaged community.
- **Editing & Optimization**:

- Edit and format content to meet platform requirements while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Ensure content is optimized for reach and engagement, using trending hashtags, sounds, and formats.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement rates, shares).
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve future content strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience creating high-quality UGC for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva).
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Creativity and adaptability to produce content that aligns with different brand voices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Instagram Insights, You tube shorts, or similar platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
