**Position**: Front Desk Executive / Admin / Receptionist
**Location**: Noida (On-site)
**Experience**: 6 months - 2 Years
**Working Days**: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage visitor records and employee attendance logs.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure a clean and well-maintained workspace.
- Assist HR and Admin teams with documentation, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and ensure meeting areas are properly set up.
- Handle travel bookings, cab arrangements, and hotel reservations when required.
- Manage petty cash and basic administrative expenses.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA / B.Com / Hospitality Management).
- 6 months-2 years of experience in Front Desk / Admin / Reception roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, presentable personality, and a customer-oriented approach.
