**Job Overview**:
ACP -Training A320 shall be in charge of Training Standards, Training Support and Quality on the A320 Fleet

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issue of training technical revision pertaining to training
- Monitoring IOSA ISARPS and DGCA CARS to ensure regulatory compliances are maintained Periodic review and up-date of the OM-D training manual
- Participate in preparing recurrent syllabus and IRPPC profiles for periodic training
- Training and re-qualification of all instructors
- Conducting appraisals for Instructors/trainers, Captains and Co-pilots
- Monitor Instructors/trainers under charge and conduct timely company and regulatory standardisation checks
- Conduct Pilot crew recruitment interviews
- Monitoring daily training reports of crew under training, chart progress and prescribe additional training if required
- Participate in Aircraft Acceptance and delivery
- Conduct Simulator fidelity checks
- Participate or lead in project management teams
- Conduct classroom training
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Pilot Training
