Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Quality Inspection**: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- **Testing and Evaluation**: Perform tests on products (e.g., durability, safety, and aesthetics) and document findings to assess quality performance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken to address quality issues.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ANSI) as well as company policies related to quality control.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production teams to communicate quality issues, provide training, and promote a culture of quality within the organization.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality assurance processes and protocols.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4 experience in quality control or assurance within the manufacturing industry, preferably in furniture or interior design.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and software for data analysis.
- **Certifications**: Quality control certifications (e.g., CQI, CQA) are a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
