**Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor**
- **Location**: Factory

- **Department**: Operations / Quality Control
- **Reporting To**: Production/Quality Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Measurement & Instrumentation**:

- Operate and handle various measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- **Drawing Interpretation**:

- Read and understand technical/engineering drawings for production and quality assurance.
- **Material Inspection**:

- Conduct incoming quality checks on raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- **In-Process Quality Control**:

- Monitor and inspect production processes to identify and resolve quality issues in real time.
- **Powder Coating & Finishing**:

- Oversee the powder coating process and ensure high-quality finishing standards are met.
- **Wooden Material Knowledge**:

- Understand the characteristics of wooden materials and verify their suitability as per drawing requirements.
- **Paint & Polish Evaluation**:

- **Final Product Inspection**:

- Perform final quality control checks before dispatch to ensure product excellence.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in quality control or production supervision, preferably in the retail furniture or fixtures industry.
- Strong understanding of measuring tools and QC standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering/dimensional drawings.
- Familiarity with woodwork and powder coating processes.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
