**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and cold call prospective clients to establish new business relationships.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their transportation and logistics requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve any customer issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,006.36 - ₹25,000.39 per month

Schedule:
