Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and networking events. Collaborate with the sales team to create a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to engage with clients and prospects. Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other materials for client meetings.
- Accompany senior team members on field visits to client locations. Gain insights into client needs and preferences to enhance our offerings.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives. Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, client engagement, and progress against goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development principles.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
