Key responsibilities:
1. Work on being the single point of contact for all our training partners and work with them to handle the training' content, support, IST Practicals, or any other aspects of partner-led training
2. Create and implement processes and frameworks for partner-led training to ensure quality content and support
3. Handle the monthly partners' payouts (this includes creating payout sheets in Excel, checking the invoices, & maintaining records for internal references)
4. Work closely with the finance team and training partners to validate the payout calculations and ensure timely payout processing
5. Manage a team of virtual interns (teaching assistants) for the in-house training to ensure quality and timely support for our learners (this also includes planning the hiring and working with the HR team to ensure the bandwidth during different times of the year)
6. Handle content security (this involves finding out Internshala's content (training videos, test solutions, text chapters, Internshala's branding elements, etc.) posted on different platforms like YouTube, Telegram, Vimeo, Facebook, etc. and filing the official requests/complaints to take down such content)

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
