**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT professional to manage and support our company’s IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, networks, cloud services, and IT assets.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Server & Cloud Administration**
- Install, configure, and maintain **Windows Server 2019**.
- Manage and monitor **Microsoft 365 Admin Center** (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
- Maintain user accounts, group policies, and security permissions.
- Perform backups, patch management, and system updates.

**Network Management**
- Configure and troubleshoot **LAN/WAN** networks, internet connectivity, and IP settings.
- Manage **Routers, Switches, Firewalls** (Cisco preferred).
- Ensure network security with firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.

**Virtual Server Management**
- Manage **Hyper-V / VMware** virtual machines and resources.
- Monitor and optimize server performance.

**Zoho & Tools Administration**
- Administer Zoho suite (CRM, Desk, Projects) and integrations.
- Implement process automations.

**Asset & Tools Management**
- Maintain IT asset inventory and manage software licenses.
- Oversee CCTV cameras, biometric devices, and related IT tools.

**Key Skills**
- Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center expertise.
- Zoho products administration.
- Firewall configuration & network security protocols.
- LAN/WAN setup, subnetting, routing (CCNA/CCNP level).
- Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications**:CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE** preferred.
- Minimum 3 years in IT infrastructure/network administration.

**Soft Skills**
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Strong documentation & communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000/month
