Job Title**:Business Development Manager (BDM) - Domestic Sales**

**Job Details**:

- Location: Ballabhgarh faridabad, Haryana
- Experience: 3-8 years in Domestic Sales
- Salary: ₹5-10 LPA (Negotiable)
- Preferred Industry: Printing & Packaging (Other industries considered based on interview performance)
- Skills Required: Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

**Work Timings & Guidelines**:

- Shift: 8 AM to 6 PM
- Personal phone usage is not allowed during working hours.
- The company will provide an official SIM for client communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and cold-call potential clients to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Use online search techniques to develop a targeted list of potential customers.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.

2. Market Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze sales data, competitor performance, and market insights to identify new business opportunities.

3. Sales & Business Development
- Expand business & Identify client requirements and prepare customized technical proposals showcasing the company’s solutions in the process and manufacturing industry.

4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to close successful deals.

5. Technical & Commercial Proposals
- Develop costing, design, and techno-commercial offers aligned with client needs.
- Prepare and present seminars, exhibitions, and client presentations to promote company offerings.

6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports detailing prospecting activities and achievements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven track record in international sales & business development.
- Technical Knowledge: Market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
