The Field Assistant will work closely with our agricultural team to assist in various field activities, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and a passion for agriculture.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to established schedules and best practices. Conduct field surveys to monitor crop health, growth progress, and pest management. Operate and maintain agricultural equipment and tools safely and effectively. Collect and record data related to crop performance and field conditions. Help implement sustainable farming practices and adhere to safety protocols. Support soil preparation and irrigation activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and productivity. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
