Uratom Alucast Limited (UAL) is a fast-growing aluminium extrusion manufacturing company located in Bhunava, near Gondal (Rajkot), Gujarat. Established in 2023, we specialize in the production of high-quality aluminium profiles catering to multiple industries, including construction, automotive, solar energy, and industrial engineering. As we expand our operations and move toward digital integration, we are seeking a reliable and technically sound IT and ERP Executive to support our internal systems and ERP coordination.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT and ERP Executive who will serve as the single point of contact for all IT-related and ERP coordination activities within our plant. This role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, coordinating with ERP vendors, supporting internal users, and ensuring seamless technology-driven operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, networking devices, internet, CCTV, firewalls, biometric systems).
• Act as the internal coordinator for the ERP system (TallyPrime, or any custom ERP), ensuring smooth implementation and usage.
• Provide first-level support to all departments on IT and ERP issues (troubleshooting, system access, data entry errors, report issues).
• Train and assist employees in using the ERP system efficiently for production, inventory, dispatch, purchase, and accounting.
• Ensure IT data security, backup, antivirus updates, and system audits.
• Collaborate with third-party ERP and IT vendors for advanced support and issue resolution.
• Keep IT and ERP documentation up to date.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in IT support or ERP coordination (Manufacturing industry preferred).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., ERPNext, Odoo, Tally, SAP B1, or custom manufacturing ERPs).
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure: hardware, LAN, basic troubleshooting, and system installations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues independently.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on exposure to ERPNext or Odoo or Tally ERP or TallyPrime and other production or inventory ERP modules.
• Experience working in a manufacturing plant or engineering industry setup.
• Basic understanding of server management and networking tools (MikroTik, Cisco, TP-Link, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
