We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our gym as a fresher. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, fitness, and building relationships. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our gym memberships, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:Actively engage in lead generation activities, including cold calling, attending events, and participating in networking opportunities.
Conduct initial needs assessments to understand prospects' fitness goals and tailor membership recommendations accordingly.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Customer Relationship Management:Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing members by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Build relationships with potential customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout the sales process.
Follow up with prospects and leads to nurture relationships and convert them into gym members.
Collaborate with the team to create a positive and welcoming environment for all members.
Product Knowledge and Sales Presentations:Develop a deep understanding of our gym facilities, services, classes, and membership packages.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our gym memberships to potential customers.
Conduct sales presentations and tours of the gym to showcase our offerings and address customer questions.
Training and Professional Development:Participate in comprehensive training programs to acquire knowledge and skills necessary for success in sales and the fitness industry.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new fitness products/services.
Seek continuous professional development opportunities to enhance sales techniques and customer relationship management skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their health goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Proficiency in using basic computer software and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer needs and events.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
