Customer Service Assistant

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through all stages of the process, from initial contact through to completion and post-completion follow-up.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs, addressing any concerns or issues that arise, and providing solutions to problems.
- Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating the scope, timeline, and budget of each project, and ensuring that customers are informed of any changes or delays.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that customer needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
**Requirements**:
- Any Degree
- 2-3 years of experience preferably in customer service.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
