**Job Description: Customer Care Representative**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer queries related to products, services, or troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product/service offerings to assist customers efficiently.
- Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve department goals.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language** (Chhattisgarhi or any other regional language as applicable).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations.
- Good typing speed and computer literacy.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn and grow in customer service are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment (rotational shifts).

**Educational Requirements**:

- Minimum **12th pass** or equivalent (Graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and a regional language is essential.
