A **Bar Executive**, also known as a Bar Manager or Beverage Manager, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bar or beverage outlet in a hotel, restaurant, or nightclub. Here are their key roles and responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Bar Operations: Overseeing the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.

2. Staff Management: Managing and supervising bar staff, including bartenders, servers, and hosts/hostesses.

3. Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality customer service and resolving customer complaints.

4. Drink Menu Development: Developing and maintaining drink menus, including cocktails, wine, and beer.

5. Inventory Control: Managing inventory levels, tracking sales, and controlling waste.

6. Financial Management: Managing bar finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.

7. Marketing and Promotion: Developing and implementing marketing and promotion strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.

**Additional Responsibilities**:
1. Training and Development: Training and developing bar staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

2. Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of drinks and service meets the establishment's standards.

3. Health and Safety: Ensuring the bar operates in a safe and healthy environment.

4. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to liquor licensing, health and safety, and employment.

**Skills and Qualities**:
1. Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and manage bar staff.

2. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers.

**Education and Experience**:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
