1) Assisting customers in sales of a range of financial products on the phone.

2) Responsible for meeting & exceeding the targets as assigned periodically.

3) Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers.

4) Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes.

5) Responding in a timely & effective manner to all internal communication.

6) Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
