**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive
**Location**: Chennai (On-site)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 Year
**Languages Required**: Any one of the following - Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu / Hindi

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve queries and provide accurate product/service information
- Document call details and follow up as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Achieve daily/weekly performance targets

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in voice-based customer support
- Proficiency in **any one** of the following: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, or Hindi
- Good communication and listening skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Customer-focused attitude

**Education**:

- Any graduate or diploma (preferred)

**Work Schedule**:

- Rotational shifts or Day shifts
- 6-day working with 1 weekly off

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
