**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Support Executive to join our team at La Freightlift. As a Telesales Support Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and support sales activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Support sales teams by generating leads and following up with potential customers
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of telesales/customer support experience (BPO experience an added advantage)
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
