Ecommerce Associate

Responsibilities:
- Own the sales & P&L for one of the brands under the company.
- Work cross-functionally with in-house supply chain, logistics, sourcing, marketing for everyday operations & growth.
- Understand and operate the seller side of ecommerce marketplaces Amazon, Flipkart, CRED and others to scale on the back of them.
- Research and launch new products in the available whitespaces.
**Requirements**:
- High IQ - This role requires you to solve problems on a daily basis that are real and have a tangible impact on our business. If you believe you are in the top 1%, let’s high-five in our office at HSR.
- Driven to learn - You must be comfortable with ambiguity and self-driven to seek answers. You must love to spend hours reading and devouring information quickly. You WON’T be spoon-fed.
- Results Oriented - We have a fast paced culture with sky-high expectations along with unlimited opportunity to learn and have impact. You will typically have hours or days, not weeks or months to get the problems solved and move to the next.
- 1-3 years experience in Ecommerce would be a plus but not a mandate.
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
