**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Hiring For Counter Sales to CEO & MD

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance in selecting gems and diamonds.**:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- **Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and occasions. ** Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- **Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care.**:

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maximize showroom performance.
- **Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and stocked with merchandise.**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.
- **Participate in promotional events and marketing activities as needed.**

**Qualifications**: Any graduate
- **Proven experience in retail sales in luxury goods or jewellery.**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.**:

- Strong knowledge of gems and diamonds
- **Proficient in using computer systems and POS software.**

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- **Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.**:

- Ability to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.
- **Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.**:

- Experience of atleast 7+yrs
- **Notice period - Immediate to 30days joining**:

- Office timing - 10.30am to 9pm **Week off - Monday**:

- Only Male can apply
- **Salary - 40k to 60k (depending upon the experience and interview)**:

- FYI - Background verification & Police verification will be done for security reasons.
