Job Description for Customer Service support (CSS)
- Check for new orders and mails so as to generate the Proforma Invoice (PI) for orders received.
- Check all the info given on the PO and the mail with my records for e.g. Bill to and ship to address, rate, code, amount, shipment mode, payment terms etc. before generating the PI is SAP manually.
- Release orders in the system for certain customers once the PI is generated.
- Finalization of all the shipped order daily and sending the report to CS.
- Sending reports to CS and TL whenever asked for, checking the stock in the system and generating the PI’s accordingly, informing the CS incase the stock is less than the order.
- Generating the urgent PI’s 1st for orders as per the priority shared by the TL and CS.
- Check and update customer PO whenever informed by CS.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
