**Job Title: Sales Executive (Incoming Calls)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- Build strong customer relationships and understand their needs.
- Convert inquiries into sales by explaining the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Maintain daily records of customer interactions and report to the senior management.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in **English and Hindi**.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office for daily reporting.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
