Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - Water Purifiers & RO Systems Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory (e.g., residential, commercial, or industrial clients).
- Promote and sell water purifiers and RO systems to existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of the product through presentations and on-site demonstrations.
- Provide after-sales support, including installation coordination and troubleshooting, as needed.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Report on customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor products to management.
- Develop an understanding of customer preferences and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Marketing and Promotional Activities**:

- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, including promotions, advertisements, and digital marketing (social media, websites, etc.).
- Organize and participate in events, trade shows, or exhibitions to promote water purifier and RO products.
- Create sales brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for advertising and public relations efforts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Educate customers about product benefits and maintenance, including water purifier filters and RO system services.
- Provide product demonstrations and offer personalized recommendations to customers.
- **Reporting and Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead generation.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team.
- Keep track of inventory, delivery schedules, and order processing.
- Use CRM software or other systems to manage leads, opportunities, and customer information.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and streamline processes.
- Coordinate with the service team for the timely installation of systems and provide support when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the water purification, home appliances, or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong understanding of water purification technologies (including RO systems).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer needs in the water purifier industry.
- Ability to build relationships with both clients and team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Education & Experience:

- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the field of sales or marketing in the water purifier or home appliance sector is a plus.
